Precision Paper-Cutting
Before we can proceed with high efficient printing, it’s of great importance to get the paper cut to spec. Our machine knife equipped with automatic loading module makes our paper cutting process even more efficient.
Simply setting preset data, the machine knife can deal with paper as high as 18cm at one time. Sharp knife getting paper cut without any raw edge allows for easier and simpler further processing in the printing process as well as improved productivity.

Platemaking in Minutes

Full Color Printing
Vibrant colors on the box carries and conveys your brand message. Rest assured your brand image remains exactly the same without color deviation in our printing process.
Our printing machines include Heidelberg 6+1, KBA 5+1, LX 8+1 printing presses, enabling us to print up to 8 colors at the same time at the speed of 8000-12000 RPM, which turns out to be 100,000 boxes/day. With a team of experienced printing masters, StarSeed printing is proven a perfect combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern machinery.

Auto Die-Cutting
The paperboard with printed message is now subject to the die-cutting process. Cooperating with professional die-line designing agency, we make sure every board is cut precisely, by which controlling a lower waste rate. Balancing production speed and order volume, StarSeed chooses either automatic or manual die cutting machine to produce for the time.
- Automatic die cutting machine for large volume order: Up to 8000PCS per hour (extra time in setting the machine).
- Manual die cutting machine for small volume order: Up to 900PCS per hour(no setting needed).

Box Folding & Gluing
With all printed paper cut and paperboard ready, a box takes its shape in box folding procedure.
Our auto folding machine with infrared sensor is able to position the cardboard accurately and finishes dedicated tasks, by doing so we are eliminating heavy and repetitive manual work as well as bringing down the cost and failure rate.
With 5 fully-automatic gluing machines, 60,000 packaging boxes can be folded within 1 day.
